While surfing the World Wide Web, I stumbled upon a military blog that shares personal thoughts and opinions of a non-military blogger. The author of this great blog is not a service person of the U.S. military but a mother of a soldier. Some Soldier’s Mom is different to other milblogs because it shares interesting views, reflections as well as the life and struggle of being soldier’s mom.
Some Soldier’s Mom is also an award-winning blog, no doubt about it =). It has been awarded with a title of “MilBlogs of the Year” for the category U.S. Military Parent. Well… someday, I would love to earn such award, too. I’m just an ordinary individual with no connection to the military world except for this portal of mine.
